1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SFDC Police Chrome extension or website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SFDC Police is a Chrome extension that provides tools for Salesforce administrators, including permission management, data dictionary, org migration, SOQL querying, security insights, and more. The Service interacts with your Salesforce orgs through the standard Salesforce REST API using your existing browser session.
3. Account and Access
- You must have a valid Salesforce login to use the extension
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Salesforce credentials
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
- You agree not to use the Service to violate your organization's policies
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, access to premium features is restricted until you subscribe.
4.2 Paid Plan
- Price: $5 per user per month
- Billing: Monthly, auto-renewing via Stripe through ExtensionPay
- Includes: All 21 modules, unlimited usage
- Cancel anytime: Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at legal@sfdcpolice.com for a full refund. After the 7-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion for documented technical issues.
4.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. We do not store your credit card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
5. Data and Privacy
The extension runs entirely in your browser. We do not store, collect, or transmit your Salesforce data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SFDC Police. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access Salesforce orgs without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent subscription verification
- Share your subscription with unauthorized users
- Use the Service in any way that violates Salesforce's Terms of Service
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Salesforce configurations. You are responsible for testing changes in a sandbox before applying them to production orgs.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SFDC Police be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, permission changes, or deployment failures. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Salesforce Trademark
SFDC Police is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce and related marks are registered trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Our use of the name “Salesforce” is for descriptive purposes only, to indicate that this tool is designed for the Salesforce platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
