Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the SFDC Police Chrome extension or website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SFDC Police is a Chrome extension that provides tools for Salesforce administrators, including permission management, data dictionary, org migration, SOQL querying, security insights, and more. The Service interacts with your Salesforce orgs through the standard Salesforce REST API using your existing browser session.
3. Account and Access
- You must have a valid Salesforce login to use the extension
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Salesforce credentials
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes
- You agree not to use the Service to violate your organization's policies
4. Pricing
SFDC Police is completely free. There is no subscription, no payment, no credit card, and no account required — every module is unlocked for all users. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, these Terms will be updated and any paid features will be clearly identified before any charge.
5. Data and Privacy
The extension runs entirely in your browser. We do not store, collect, or transmit your Salesforce data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SFDC Police. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to access Salesforce orgs without authorization
- Use the Service in any way that violates Salesforce's Terms of Service
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all Salesforce configurations. You are responsible for testing changes in a sandbox before applying them to production orgs.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SFDC Police be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, permission changes, or deployment failures. Because the Service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $50.
10. Salesforce Trademark
SFDC Police is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce and related marks are registered trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Our use of the name “Salesforce” is for descriptive purposes only, to indicate that this tool is designed for the Salesforce platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
